I purchased a boutonniere for my son that at first I was not happy with. My husband brought it home and the shop was closed. I texted the shop staff and one immediately contacted me to make it right. They came back in and did the best they could to match the colors. I appreciated the fact that they went out of their way to help. We've been going to these folks for flowers for many years and the service has always been fantastic. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

Jessica at Florafino’s made my wedding floral dreams a reality. I selected white roses for bouquets and ceremony florals. We sat down to go through every detail - she even pulled urns, pedestals, and florals that were currently in the shop to help me make decisions. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Ordered an arrangement for a good friend with sad health issues. Asked for photo before sending. Received no photos. When delivered, ask one of the girls to send photo. I was devastated! I've worked in flower shops. I know the arrangement didn't cost much to makeDaisy's and black eyed Susie and in mason jarPaid $65.00 never buy from them again!

First time in the shop and looking for a last minute fresh bouquet of roses for my mom's birthday party. Even though they were working on another order, the staff were super friendly and available to help me. The flowers were very reasonably priced and were absolutely gorgeous! The flowers had to travel a bit the next day to the birthday party and they stayed just as fresh and beautiful. I will definitely use them again for future florist needs. Thank you!

Alot to chose from, even for a funeral. A BIG PLUS was the customer service, Jessica and the girls that worked with her were a huge help! Jessica even carried the BEAUTIFUL planter we got to our car for us! I would recommend Florafino's to anybody for any occasion!
