1st time around was good, with my daughter getting a unit. 2nd time not so much. I paid for a unit and a couple of days later I canceled without having even opening one time. Free lock never opened, storage unit never opened. I was told that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours by whomever they have as their call center. I've gotten nothing. I'm guessing free $82 and some change to this facility. I won't be using them again.

Move-in details were explained in full and was given a personal tour to my storage unit as well as making sure my code accessed the locked gate system. Very thorough and kind. Very good experience.

Clean bug and rodent free units. Easy to access at anytime and never had to call for help. But prices kept increasing every few months so had to move out.
