Caleb was absolutely amazing and so nice to my mother while she was there to pick up her rental for the week. Great pricing and very quick service. We’ve been using this enterprise for over 6 years.

Rented a car through my insurance from october to november, A vehicle was reserved that would be covered entirely by them I asked before even agreeing to it on the phone. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle we were told we were getting a free upgrade. I asked to make sure that everything would still be coveres by my insurance. I was assured that it would be and I would only be charged my deposit and it would be refunded. They lied. My deposit was taken and additional charges was charged to me. I called numerous time in the end I was told to speak with my bank as they didnt charge me. I did. Today I recieved notice from my bank that enterprise said these charges were valid and I owed them the money I was told I wouldnt owe. Crooked company. DO NOT accept free upgrades from them they are not free and Im not the only person Ive read reviews like this from.

This location is unprofessional. We've delt with Enterprise many times and were very disappointed at this location. Three employees, two were eating at their desks while we waited. 20mins. We were finally acknowledged by one employee , who was less than friendly. We left and went to Enterprise in Lancaster. The 50 minute drive was worth it.

This is week 2 of my husband and I supposed to be picking up a vehicle. Insurance company talked to them, told them it needed to be ready last Saturday, we got there, (hour and 45 min away from where we live) and they had nothing and told us we needed to pick it up on Wednesday. This isn’t an option for us as we WORK during the week. Fast forward to this Saturday, my husband talked to them a few days ago and they said we’re good to go. I call in this time to make sure, and the guy who answered just tried to get off of the phone immediately without trying to figure out what I need. I told him anyway and he said he had it ready for this coming WEDNESDAY again! It is absolutely unprofessional to keep pushing this back as this is through insurance so obviously our car is being WORKED ON. He then proceeds to tell me he doesn’t know what to tell me and that he had a lobby full of people and was too busy and he could call me back later. They’re only open until 1 today and I live far away. This is absolutely absurd. We will NEVER use them again, and we used to use them for every vacation yearly. Never again and very disappointed.

Totally disappointing. Was told that total charge would be 920$. Another 300 was tacked on when we picked up a very rough looking vehicle (scratches galore on the outside, cigarette burns in the seats). The only good thing I can say about the car was it was good on gas. Couldn't even move the driver's seat to reach the pedals and opting to sitting on a pillow! I was representing this company in a car that I was embarrassed to be seen in. One star since I have to leave at least one. Returned car early. Thanks for ruining my vacation!

Assistant manager Jeff Stakes was extremely rude and argumentative and presented with very poor customer service; actually left me shaking after our encounter. He asked me if he could help me, I told him i was returning my car. He then informed me the building didn’t open until 10 so I stated to him that my text message instructed me to return my vehicle at 9:30. He responded to me in a nasty, condescending tone, while throwing his hands in the air and said “okay”. Afterwards we went back and forth and I told him I refuse to argue with him. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Mr,Gaiters however stepped in and helped. He was extremely friendly and displayed excellent customer service. Cole was very friendly as well. These two were extremely helpful. This is Christina Horton.

This Enterprise location is on Maple Ave in Zanesville Ohio and they don't even deserve a star. We've been waiting on a car since last Friday and was told to pick it up today after 10:00 am. Well, no car, and the person behind the counter insulted my wife. Would not recommend this agency to anyone. Glad I stayed in my car, he would have been in the ER and I would have been in jail. KARMA.....Do like I did folks. Don't forward paperwork to these people, forward it to your attorney!!!!! My wife wife works for county law offices, this kid messed up!!!!!

I had a car through this place from May 24th until June 12th. My car had to go into the shop so my insurance referred Enterprise. My entire dealing with this location was wonderful. They were so accommodating and were able to answer my questions at any time. I had to have the car quite a bit longer than initially anticipated and they worked with me so well. I was even able to add some of their add on services, after pick up, for a peace of mind after learning that I'd have the car for a few weeks versus a few days. Which was important to me since I drive an hour to work and an hour back on a typical work day. The staff was so friendly and I am happy with my experience with them.

Last two trips this year, both in May, did not have the class of vehicle reserved. No accountability. Ruined a half day of travel waiting for a van that wasn’t available. Talked down to by staff both times, while acting like they’re doing you a big favor. If you “need” a particular class vehicle go elsewhere or potentially be up sold on.

They do not honor online reservations. They don't come pick you up unless it's convenient for them. Online reservations site does not show what's really available. They have ruined my vacation.
