I took my car in to have diagnostics done on the front end. It would shake as well as the steering wheel when braking. After being at the dealership for 2 hrs they come out and say they are done. He gives me a whole list of issues that's wrong with the car besides the front end. Which isn't what I asked them to do. Then he says "your brake pedal goes to the floor and it's leaking fluid badly. I don't recommend driving it." Funny thing is the brakes were fine when I took it in. I said that to him and he acted like I was stupid. He said it will be $2500 to fix everything. "Do you wanna get it done?" Hell no! Not after you just broke my car. Will never go back again! Wouldn't even give me brake fluid so I could get it home. Told me id have to go buy it myself and put it in

The used car Dutro tried to sell me a 2013 Honda for close to 6 grand with just over 250.000 miles on it. I had talked to Graham about a buy here pay here deal on the phone pryer to our arrival and when we arrived, this is the only car they had to offer. Really, no problem there. The problem was that when I drove the car, there was something terribly wrong mechanically with such a loud clunking sound when I applied the brakes. I took it back immediately and told Graham, who then took it for a spin and agreed it was defective. He called me the next day and told me if I were to buy the car as is that they'd knock a couple hundred dollars off of a problem that would probably take more than that to fix. "SUCKERS!" Not gonna happen, Graham! Buyer beware! ?

There was a new vehicle on the lot. When I asked for Dutro's best price and let the salesman know I would be checking other Nissan dealers, he wouldn't give me a price. He instructed me to go get another dealer's best price and come back. So off I go to another dealer. But I won't return to Dutro's. Strange arrangement. They have no interest in people who compare prices. Wonder why? All I was asking for was their best price.Nice salesman.
