Took my 2018 Dodge Caravan to Dutro's this past week and was very satisfied with the service I received. I have taken my van to Dutro's since I purchased it from them in 2019. They check all of the bells and whistles each time I take it in for "The Works" oil change/tire rotation. I will use Dutro's again in the future.

Brought in F150 for my second oil change and service. Very pleasant Maintenance department and took care of getting job done, washed my vehicle and got me back on the road in about an hour.

Schedule my 2012 F150 in with Victoria and gave her my issues with the trucktook the shop 2 tries but got it right.she communicated with me thur out the process picked it up with all issues resolved and was treated with a fair bill .She was awesome.

Bought a service van and all went well. Dutro took care of the upfitting though their supplier so all we needed to do was pick it up and get it lettered. Mark was good with timing and communication. Great experience.

If your looking for a great service and repair on your vehicles THIS is the place to go . All the people are very knowledgeable , and go out of their way to help . Bottom line I highly recommend this place .

Didn't fix my car and I was losing half tank of coolant about every 10 miles, very disappointed when they told me nothing was wrong with it ?

Service is on time and care taken with the vehicle to ensure the customer is satisfied. Updates on all systems are appreciated. I know when to look forward to brake work and other things on the vehicle in the future.

I will never be back for Dutros service again! EVER! $85 for an oil change and tire rotation? $40 for labor alone? Seriously? Charging people $4 for shop materials? Like, your paper towels? $13 for an oil filter? 55 cents to drain the washer fluid? THAT WAS ALREADY EMPTY?! Never again! Good bye Dutros!

Extremely disappointed with the service received. My car is only two years old and the double sunroof was leaking. I took my vehicle to the service department and they examined the car and stated that it needed to have the fixed glass replaced. The advisor stated that it would take about a week to get the parts in and she will call me back when they are in. I waited almost two weeks and never received a call. So I called in and the advisor stated the parts were in she was just about to call. We scheduled the appointment to have the fixed glass replaced and I dropped my car off the day prior to my appointment. On my appointment date I received an email stating that I missed my appointment. By this time the service department was closed so I called back the next day in the afternoon. The advisor stated the car was finished the day prior and that she was just about to call me. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not thoroughly examining my car after picking it up but a few weeks later I noticed little black fingerprints all along my sunroof headliner. At this point I am just going to try and clean Dutro’s mess but I should not have to. Please do better moving forward. I should not have to hold your advisors accountable and clean up after your technicians.

I was down at my buddies house working on his truck. No one had the part in the area but Dutro Ford, paid a little much for it, but we got his truck back on the road that night. It was well worth it and definitely recommend Dutro! Shout out to the parts guy for helping us too!
