Service person I called for a key replacement put me on hold to call parts.never returned she instead went ahead to schedule me with out talking back to me.So instead I went to Donley Ford bought a new used car from them,and got my key for the 2016 Ford explorer st.from them.since Jeff left service can't get new service manager to returned calls. The reception area is very nice. The guy behind the desk was not friendly and didn't make eye contact. No one told me when the car was done and I happened to Walk out towards the reception area and saw it. The guy again was not talkative or friendly. They messed up the settings on my seat, heater , and stereo. For such a nice facility no one who works there acts like they are happy.

I figured I would give them a good review. Now like all reviews take it with a grain of salt, but I did an online inquiry about a 21 Frontier. Cause of circumstances out of my control (I am trying to find my dad the truck he wants), he ended up having to travel to a different state on short notice which has the exact one he wanted. The Frontier they had didn't have all the bells in whistles in the bed/tail end of the truck, but Keith (who was the one who responded via the email) sent me the pricing for the items that could be added onto the truck. I want to thank him for going out of his way to find the pricing! Not everyone will do that for you!

I’ve never received good service from Dutro’s. I wanted to give them another chance and brought my vehicle in for a warranty covered service on Monday. They told me it might take a day or two to get to because they were busy. It’s Thursday noon and I haven’t heard from anyone. We called and were told the guy working on my car was out and they promised he would call me back. 3 hours later no call. Called back and he came to the phone, said they haven’t had a chance to look at my vehicle but felt it was going to be something catastrophic. Probably take 2 to 3 weeks to get the parts in. Seriously. Still don’t know what’s wrong with my vehicle or when I’ll get it back. Not buying a vehicle here anytime soon or ever!
