I decided to try CVS after my insurance stopped covering Kroger. In every aspect, this pharmacy offers subpar service. The lack of stock is one issue, but it’s even more unacceptable when techs and pharmacists display poor behavior. The level of professionalism at this pharmacy is lacking.

Rude, nasty, they don't even say hi
They make u feel like your a burden to them and they have better things to do.
They need to hire a friendly pharmacist. She's nasty

Nobody here knows how to do their jobs. My girlfriend has been forced to go without insulin and other diabetic supplies on multiple occasions because of them messing stuff up. Today is the final straw. Transferring everything away from this garbage establishment. Corporate needs to step in and do something.

this the CVS pharmacy customer service is terrible. Every single time I go it's terrible, especially at the drive-through and most of the time the pharmacist are very rude. I sat at the drive-through window for five minutes not even to be acknowledged they could at least open the window and say will be right with you as soon as we can or something but no, they just stare at their screen and ignore me, you give them an entire days notice for a prescription you get there six hours later after they told you it would be ready in a little bit and it's still not ready. I don't exactly live on the same street. I live 25 minutes away and can't keep coming back-and-forth .

They need to listen to their customers requests before deciding on their own to group all of a customers medications to be ready at one time without informing the customer. With cvs doing this. it cost my husband to lose one of his refills on his medications. I was yelled at by the one technician for my prescription that I saw on the cvs app who told me there was nothing called in for me (dr's office called us to let us know they called it in) and there was no way I could see it on my app. So what was I seeing? I was seeing the prescription my dr called in. When she got nasty with me--I got nasty back. I don't like being told I can't see something especially when I am looking right it. That was the final straw for us to move our prescriptions out of cvs I understand being short on help and everywhere is short staffed but please have the courtesy to treat your customers with respect. If you want respect give respect!! This is just referring to the pharmacy part only not the store employees. Our new pharmacy has treated us well!!!

Phone menu system is horrid and circular. Never giving you an option for person to person conversation. Very irritating music on hold while sales pitch harasses the caller. They need to go out of business using this model of customer service.

I'm going to add my two cents worth and say that I have given up on CVS Maple due to the rudeness and lack of customer service. Much as I despise Genesis, I despise CVS Maple more, so I switched to the Genesis New Concord Pharmacy since I live halfway in between. Now it's a more pleasant experience to pick up scripts. No more mean waitstaff, rude phone manners, waiting half the day, or fighting traffic.

I do feel the need to point out that most of the staff here are nice and professional. However, this place is constantly messing with my prescriptions, trying to force me into programs I don't want, and generally doing things with prescriptions that are explicitly illegal in the developed nations. Compounding this is the drive thru lady mentioned in what appears to be every other review. She's a pain to deal with and will lie to get out of work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, even if your fancy insurance prefers it.

Terrible! When asked to speak with the pharmacist, we were told to just look it up on the internet how to use sugar testing supplies. Apparently YouTube is more qualified than their pharmacists! I hope they actually know what meds they are giving people!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been forced to use. I've recently transferred all my scripts to mail order and will never walk in this place again. Never have staff on hand. Closed due to no pharmacist on staff. Took 4 days to get a pack of birth control pills. I'm done.

Extremely rude. Never using this again. I called about six minutes after they opened, and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude to me off the bat. She asked what I wanted then instantly put me on hold. She talked over me, so when I asked what she said she got even more rude with me. Put me on hold again to tell me they don’t have what I need. She was very sarcastic and just mean the whole time. Tell me how you just opened and you’re already in a bad mood and rude to all your customers. Get a new job!!! I’m never coming to maple ever again. I recommend only going to South Town. They’re much nicer.

The pharmacist's and employee's working in the pharmacy are RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy too ANYONE. p.s. I've already switched pharmacies so I'll never have to deal with this pharmacy ever again.
