Lady was Rude acted like she didn't know what to do and didn't want to Do anything for me so I got a cricket phone last year and still new got it for a Christmas sale and I had to move do to family issues and had to move to my Gfs and I have no way to get ahold of my mom. Cause my Dad and my mom don't want nouthing to do with me so I just have a phone I can't do anything about/Remove off my Moms account as long as I have the phone with the number I should remove it off from my mom's account instead of spending 200/300$ for a phone

Love the store manager at the Maple Ave Store in Zanesville Ohio. She is so great at what she does for her costumers. She really knows what to do to fix your phone problem. If she can't fix it she will stay on that phone until she gets it fixed for her costumers.
