Went and had an alignment done,the staff is courtesy and friendly, the macanic was fast he had alignment done in less then an hr, my car is back to where it should be would definitely recommend them for your next alignment price wasn't to mad .

Had 37” Nitto Trail Grapplers installed at a different shop that used balancing beads. Needless to say, my highest ride was terrifying! City weight-balanced them and now it rides like a dream!!

I normally go to Ziegler (Joe Buckey) in Zanesville for alignments and have never had an issue. I have been to City tire pros 3 times now because the other place had no appointment and have been upcharged every single time.
I find it odd that Ziegler never has an issue with an alignment but City tire pros finds something every time?
Beware of additional costs.....

I feel comfortable doing business with City Tire Pros knowing I'm only ever going to be offered a product or service I either ask for, or need. Never a sales pitch to buy more just to make an extra buck.
