Century National Bank has a horrible IT department! Website has been down multiple times this year, and that's just when I've been trying to use my online banking feature. So, if you figure that I am only online using their online banking feature a few times per week, and I am experiencing this trouble with their website. Then how many times, must it really be down every month! Oh, and there's nothing like trying to checkout at a local retailer, only to have my transaction declined, because Century National Bank is having trouble processing debit card transactions!

The IT department works on the website and App. They always fail to tell the customersCustomers try to log in and get locked out. This upsets customers. I have complained before. The least they could do is warn customers.

They make things easy for the customer. I also run a youth services program and they have been a great partner teaching financial literacy to the youth in the community.

1 star Garbage customer service, have been told the same lie 3 times in a row when I call, the ladies that work inside at the Dresden branch are rude and talk to me like I'm a moron or a 5 year old

I've been with CNB since 1981 when Bill Phillips was there. He gave me an auto loan when absolutely no one else would touch me because of my credit. I'll always be grateful. The bank was so personal and friendly back then too. It's gotten bigger, gotten new people and grown a lot. I've gotten older and don't recognize anyone anymore. The world keeps changing. I sure wish they would get their IT department on the ball and fix the phone app. It was great while it worked but then it stopped working and now I can't even FIND it on the Google App Store. I contacted several people and wrote several remarks here. They keep saying they're fixing it but that remains to be seen as of today.

I have been with CNB for over 30 years. The people have always been helpful as well as kind. Especially Bruce Kolopojlo. He has been like family and has guided me thru more issues than either of us want to remember. This bank I feel offers great customer service. Maybe not always what I wanted; but always what was in my best interest. Thanks

Wish I could give zero stars I thought they would be a good bank but turns out they don't care about there customers from my experience.I have a loan and i paying it off fast and then they give me a late fee charge when I had enough money in my account to pay regular payment. I call and say they can't do anything then I tried to make payment over the phone and they charge me extra to do it over the phone. Also like to say they do not care if your active military and deployed guess don't understand how it's hard to deal with these issues.

Needed $200 in 5's for an event..... $110 of them should have already been sent back to Federal Reserve to be destroyed!! 2 staples was actually in one of them...Are people that lazy to do the paperwork and send back? I sure wouldn't like to have in my wallet let alone embarrassed to give as change to people...EAST SIDE NEEDS TO STEP UP & BE A BIT MORE PROFESSIONAL
