I have taken 3 of my vehicles to browns to get work done over the years.
They a extremely good at what they do and you can't even tell what happened to our car anymore.
Even when we had a miscommunication between our insurance and the shop, Heath went out of his way to make things right and to make sure we were satisfied.
We will continue to use browns for all our vehicles body work needs.

Friendly, informative, and very skillful staff. I've used them twice now and each time I felt like I received a brand new car. I was kept updated on the progress regularly and staff answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Would never come here again. They take too long to get anything done and will do nothing but give excuses to milk you and your insurance. I and Everyone else are better off anywhere else in town or out of town unless you like not having a car or updates for 3+ months

Excellent work. They repaired some minor hail damage last week. I dropped my Tucson off on Monday evening. Tuesday afternoon it was ready. They even washed it, and did a light cleaning of the interior ( For such a relatively low cost repair, I didn't expect them to detail the interior, but they did sweep it out, and wipe down the majority of the interior).

I had a streak or strand of dark blue paint 1/8" wide and 6 inches long on the hood of my black MKZ that should not have been there since the damaged area on my car was to the back bumper. My boyfriend said he could get the paint streak off. So I didn't take my car back to Brown's to clean it off. But once my boyfriend tackled the project he told me that he wished he would have told me to take it I back to Brown's to have it removed. The work that Brown's did to the back end & bumper was decent, but it had a 1/4 x 1/8 blemish in the paint job. Can't say I would recommend them. But they are about the only choice in Zanesville, Ohio.

Brown’s worked with my insurance to get all the needed repairs covered. My insurance (Allstate) was very difficult to work with but Brown’s kept me updated throughout the process.
The repair was fast and my car was returned cleaner than I had left it.
This is the second time my family has used Brown’s. We’ve used both locations (Pleasant Rd and S. Zanesville) and had equally great experiences with them. I highly recommend you contact Brown’s the next time your vehicle needs repairs!
