Jon is great at his job and goes above and beyond for the people of Zanesfield get their mail, packages, and needs met. On the other hand, a courier from Bellefontaine needs let go. Jess returns packages to the sender at every chance she gets. She is unprofessional and makes everyone else's lives harder.

If I could give zero stars I would. The place is useless and so is the guy delivering mail and packages. I have lost count of the amount of times packages have went to the wrong address. I receive other residents mail pretty much daily. Zanesfield Post Office just needs abolished, and allow Bellefontaine to see if they can do a better job.
