Most HORRIBLE experience I have EVER had with a car repair shop. 2 years ago, I my car was having issues starting. I brought it here and they said it was the starter. After they put the new starter in, they explained to me that I would have to push the key in and turn it in order for it to start. (Meaning the brand new starter I had just paid them to replace wasn't actually the issue in the first place, as confirmed by a different repairman.) So over the last two years I would just push my key in to start it, but over time it got worse and would take a few tries before actually starting. On July 29th, 2024, it completely quit on me and I had it towed back here (my mistake). I called before having it towed, and they told me it would only take a couple days. After dropping it off, I heard absolutely nothing from them. I had to keep calling every couple days to get updates myself, which they almost never had answers for. At first they thought it was the starter, until I explained to them they had already given me one 2 years prior. Then they said they were still trying a few things to figure out what the problem was. Next they said there was a piece missing somewhere and they were waiting for parts. I finally called for the last time on August 14th, and the guy who answered acted like he had no idea about what was going on with it. He asked another guy that was there, and said he "thinks" that's the car they're waiting on a steering column for. At that point I asked if they could just put the car out front so I could have it towed. The shop I had it towed to, Christmas Auto on Market St, had an answer for me the the next morning, and had it fixed and ready for pickup by 5pm that same day! I should have taken it there from the very beginning! ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, I saw that my car had been VANDALIZED and ROBBED while at Xpress. When asked about it, the guys all acted like they didn't know what happened, but admitted to leaving it unlocked for the 2 1/2 weeks it was at their shop not being fixed. They claimed they leave them unlocked because they are in and out of them, and proceeded to say that homeless people steal from them sometimes. One guy even had the audacity to say that if he had locked it, then they person that robbed it would have just broken a window to get in. I cannot make this up. They said the owner was out of town, so they could not show us the cameras. So I am in the process of filing a police report and getting access to the cameras now. It's looking like I may end up having to get a lawyer as well. This place needs shut down. -10/10 stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Why would I have a work order if you had my car for weeks and did no work? Let's not act like you don't remember having my car either. I have the right shop. Xpress Auto on Mahoning in Youngstown.

These guys are awesome, Greg is a great dude they got my car in fast and fixed an electrical issue that would have been double the price elsewhere. I’ll use them again and recommend to anyone! Thanks

Greg and the guys were great. Had my car towed there after it broke down and that night they texted me and touched based then the next morning they had it in and looked at let me know about the repair and had my car good to go before the 5. They have definitely gained a customer purely based on thier excellent customer service!!!!!!!

These dudes are a Gem. Real good guys for sure. Took in my BMW for service and never had a better experience anyplace else. Cheap and professional work. Can't stress enough how glad I am to find these dudes. Thanks for keeping my bimmer on the road fellas!

Got recommended this place ! The crew was nice the prices are good . They fit me in pretty quick on a Friday. This place is fair and honest goes a long way now a days. Definitely making this my go to Spot. Thx fellas ?

I had them swap a transmission in my van. Mechanic insisted that I get a gasket instead of using the sealant recommended by the manufacturer. He said he could not guarantee it would not leak if I did not get the gasket. I pick my van up and the next morning there was a gallon of transmission fluid in my parking lot. I repair the gasket myself out of fear of letting him touch my vehicle again
