Went in for a brake estimate. Seemed high so I took it to another reputable brake shop and had the same work done for over 30% less. The real kicker was they charged me $70 for the estimate. Won’t go back.

I went to west side tire for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed in an amazing amount of time! The staff was a pleasure to be around. I will definitely return to the Austintown location for all of my maintenance needs!

So I call first thing in the morning last week.I had some shrapnel In my front tire From the bus accident on Mahoning the day before So I call and get the manager
And I tell him the size tire I need for my Chevy Tahoe A 6000 pound vehicle He tells me he has a set in stock. So I bring it up right there and drop it off. Thinking everything was gonna be okay. But to my surprise, I was wrong very wrong. When I came to pick it up, I noticed immediately. Something was wrong.
My tahoe, had car tires on it like they are not even right by numbers my tahoe takes 275/55/r20 and i received 255/55/r20 so they're definitely for a car like they don't fill my wheel well at all so I go inside to bring it up to him as I was talking to the lady at the desk he wouldn't even come out of his office to discuss my concerns very unprofessional he was talking to me like he did me a favor and when I asked what we can do to fix this problem he said I can leave my tahoe there for a week and he'll order the right tires for it and then it would be almost $1200 which I didn't care what it cost I just wanted a new set of the right tires but I had to leave it in his shop for a week lol like everyone just has a spare car laying around in case issues like this arise and then he tells me it'll be $30 a tire for dismount and remount my wife offered to pay to have my original tires put back on and just put the spare on till the right size tires he would order came in but he just completely blew off what she had to say like she was invisible maybe because she was a woman but theres no way he was going to try to budge to alleviate this problem I don't like to leave bad reviews but he is very unprofessional and quite rude so now I'm stuck with car tires on my 6000 pound tahoe that I occasionally tow a camper with but now that's out of the question because I'm sure there's not an 8000 pound tow rating on these tires not to mention these tires are so small it throws off my speedometer by 4 mph just an overall bad and expensive experience at Westside tire on Mahoning if I could leave zero stars that's what I think it would be but at least the girl he had take care of us while he stayed in his office was very cordial

I came in for an oil change, but ended up leaving with some new tires as well. They fully inspected my car and had great customer service, and it only took about an hour to complete the entire service. I would definitely recommend coming here to get work done on your car!

Wow! I caught a flat on the highway and they were the first shop within a mile radius so I came in immediately! They assessed the problem, got a new tire put on , they gave me pricing for possible future problem with the other tires and I was in and out in under an hour! The total for my BMW was less than 150. Thank you so much, you turned my day around ?

Got a flat while driving a rental from Michigan to New Jersey. Westside Tire was amazing, caring and affordable. They helped with a tow, and got me back on the road is less than a hour! Makes me wish I lived close just in case anything else ever happens to my car. Definitely recommend!!
