Staff is very friendly and informative. Service was great. A basic oil change didn't cost that much compared to other places and it didn't take very long. I love the fact I don't have to make an appointment and they check tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, ect.

Before I start, dealing with customer service was fine and they fixed what the "technicians" did at the Austintown location.Back in August 2023 I had my tires rotated at the Austintown location when I got home I noticed that one of the lug nuts on the driver front was sticking out about a 1/4 of an inch. Called customer service. Had it fixed it two days.Fast forward to March 2024. Had my tires replaced, the guy working the desk at the shop I went to said we have a problem.....two of my lug nut studs broke off from being cross threaded previously. Passenger front and driver rear. So agian called customer service...they paid for the repairs a few days later.So for those keeping count...three...freaking three lug nuts on THREE DIFFERENT TIRES they crossed threaded at the same service job.I don't know if the "technicians" missed tire day but If you care about your vehicle DO NOT COME HERE!

This place is fabulous. The workers I have dealt with vary however they are always kind, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I would 10/10 recommend!

Well sorry guys this is the 4th time I sat waiting outside the next person in line for over 45 minutes. No one communicated to us that the car in front of us was getting more than a 15 oil change instead we sat there every single time. Last time you filled, my left tires at one pressure right tires at another. So we gave you a number of chances but I'm done with you.They make you give a star to post

Very friendly service & with a digital coupon the price was right. They don't have variant tools, thin wall sockets etc, to remove your tires if you would like them rotated. Wait time was acceptable. I would go back ??

I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of Andre & his manager. I came into the Austintown location accompanied by my mom with an urgent matter regarding my car. A plug for my oil pan under my car was somehow missing, my car is dripping oil from underneath and I was preparing for a 3 hour drive back to Columbus. These guys immediately made me feel at ease and that things would be okay. They got me a new plug, oil & a filter and i made it all the way back home safe and sound. Thank you guys for being genuine and taking care of your customers. 10/10- Beatspeare ?????Service: Oil change

Stopped in on Thursday for an oil change. Sat in the bay for ever, some type of computer issue. The next day I popped my hood to recheck the oil and noticed my battery cover was not secured and the plastic hot terminal cover was sitting on my engine. The wiper fluid was not topped off either. Was supposed to have an air filter change but after noticing on my invoice it was not changed. No paper invoice was given or the mileage sticker for the windshield,. During the oil change the staff seemed confused, first I heard 4.2 quarts of oil then later I saw them adding more to top it off. Sent an email with the VIN and code. Never heard back from anyone.Service: Oil change

after a small mishap that was responded to and swiftly fixed i’m very happy with my service and the customer service. the manager really went out of his way to come to my home and check out my car after a small mistake. very thankful for the way this situation was handled.Service: Oil change

They work fast and it’s a simple process I’ll give them that, but it’s really sloppy they left hand prints of oil all over my white car and I checked the bottom of my car after my oil change and they bent a piece of metal down there and didn’t put it back it was supposed to be unscrewed off put they just pulled it off and left it

After waiting for 20 minutes and talking to manager, was told they didn't have oil needed for my truck, wanted me to walk across usy highway to auto zone and buy it there. Went to another location right in and great service
