I pay extra for priority mail. It's been over a month. Not there yet. Austitown post office used to be a decent office. NOT ANYMORE. They could careless that they lost a 4 thousand check. And of course nothing said about the money i spent for priority. Perfect example of how this entity is WORTLESS!!!!!!

When I spoke to someone, they seemed very understanding and apologetic.. then I came home from work today to another burn out along with a note from the carrier letting me know I need to move my mailbox so that it’s reachable from their vehicle?? I never heard of such a thing and NONE of my neighbors have mailboxes next to the road like this, so they have to walk up to their porches to deliver. I just don’t get it. It would take them one step out to put it in. I’m about to just put a no trespassing sign there so they’ll literally have to run it over next time. Usually wouldn’t care so much but it’s the respect part of it & my landlords on me about how bad the yards getting and I can’t even imagine what it’ll be like after this winter . Absolutely wild that I’m being told I need to completely move the box instead of them just not driving thru my yard anymore?

Can’t go less than one.I use Poland usually where I live. I mail same items weekly. Lady of “color” in Plaza 6000 Mahoning told me to purchase padded envelope. I told her I have been using regular ones for almost a year. She said , “if a box drops on this, the liquid will get all over envelope.” I told her if a box drops on a padded envelope only difference is padding will be wet and boxes don’t “drop”, the get dropped. She then went on to gab that the envelope might not stay shut. I told her that none have ever opened on me and I was not purchasing any of “our tape” for $5.00. When I asked her to “Please just finish weighing and mail my items, she looked behind me and stated to waiting customers, “I’ll be with everyone in a moment, please be patient.” Uncalled for so I turned and stated that she would be with them as soon as she is finished with her existing customer. Fast forward, out of 32 packages of same items mailed at different times, this specific one arrived “empty and visually damaged.”Typical racism. She clearly damaged and removed item just to be the “yam” most of them are.

A full on joke. I called multiple times to complain about a Mail man (man older than dirt) refusing to deliver my mail and all debrah can say is “I’ll talk to him”. She wouldn’t let me file a report or even get back to me. I had a change of address and they delivered mail for two weeks then forwarded things with my NEW address on it They then sent my mail back to original sender wasting more resources and money after saying it will come to me.

Put one person that knows what to do in charge of the Springwood Apartment mail a week ago today I got my mail at 8:00 at night then I did not get anything all week not even ads I have the app in for informed delivery on my phone and there was nothing my neighbor on Friday received apartment 61 mail and she's apartment 40 in a wheelchair can't deliver it to the people that was supposed to be to put it back in your mailbox and put the flag up and the flag was still up today on Monday the 11th they've got to get it together Saturday there was no mail at all no one came today the regular girl was back so she brought her mail and it was early if they're not going to do their job

It's not the greatest, every time we send mail thru them, our mail always gets lost, especially the mail with checks inside them. This happens all the time. So we've decided not to go here anymore. We will drive to the Post Office in Cornersburg & use their services there. Plus they're much nicer there too. The Post Office in The Austintown Plaza needs to be checked out by the General Government. Something is definitely wrong with this post office.
