This post office is awesome. I was wondering why the huge line seemed to calm when I first went in. It turns out that they had no reason to be upset. You know how post offices tend to be overheated or cold or somehow both? Not this one. It was comfortable. There was one person at the counter, Ken, and he was fast, friendly, polite, and somehow made the transaction fun. It was the best post office experience ever.

I will never go to this post office again I don’t care if I have to drive 5 miles to another.I sent a letter certified mail on September the 8th it was not delivered until September 25th in the meantime before it arrived I placed a intercept on the letter online as I was sure it wouldn’t reach its destination I would be charged 17.00 when it was intercepted got a email it was intercepted and would be returned.It was not returned it was delivered and my card was charged 17.00.I went to this post office for help.I encounter a male worker there that was in the process of eating which simply had to say that I had to call this number and handed me a slip of paper. He was extremely rude and acted like he was being inconvenienced.I get out to my car and call the number he gave me where I was told that he could have helped me with this issue and I replied he was too busy eating and I was inconveniencing him and he didn’t want to help. They then switched me from one place to another in which I talked to 7 people only to be told at the end that certified letters cannot be intercepted yet their online system allowed it and my card was charged.So not only am I out the 17.00 all the additional money I had to spend is added to that because it took so long to send a letter that ordinarily takes 3 days to get from here to there I had to spend 8.50 to certify the letter and when it wasn’t going to arrive in time spend over 26.00 for express to send another so they could get what I was sending on time then to be charged 17.00 for a service not performed.All to be treated so rudely and dismissed.The postal service and this place is horrid.

i ordered a package that was 50 dollars from ebay we sent it to the right address but the mail man went back inside the mail box and took it out cause no one checked the maill he had no buiseness going in my mailbox and disposing it there not even supposed to dispose packages over 25 dollars

Super nice Post Office with super nice attendants. Way better than that crazy Post Office in Austintown, they are really crazy at that Austintown Post Office. I asked for a piece of tape & the worker told me, she's not allowed to give me a piece of tape. How Rude and Disrespectful to say that to a customer. Unbelievable!

Waited on hold to reach the post office as I received a notice that a package needed a signature. Postal worker never knocked on my door or rang the doorbell as I was home all day with my son. After waiting on hold an hour and 12 minutes, lady picks up the phone, immediately pretends she can’t hear me and hangs up. I called back and waited another hour on hold only to be hung up again. The post office is a joke. My mail shows up almost a month late. I receive notices for signatures when no one ever attempted to get my signature. Can’t reach my post office at all. Get hung up twice after waiting over an hour both times. I hope they shut down the usps. I have zero issues getting Amazon, FedEx or UPS packages and mail. Maybe USPS needs to take some operations lessons from their competition. Vendors need to quit using USPS as a shipping option as it’s ruining their business ratings as well.

The staff is always upbeat and friendly and informative, like good neighbors.They have given me great information about mailing packages and how to track them and always have a nice selection of new stamps.

Please considering answering your phone from time to time. Also, a new phone service wouldn’t be a bad idea, since yours only responds to voice commands, but doesn’t recognize any of them.
