I went into this store looking for 5 wigs to use in my 2nd grade classroom for a math lesson about circumference. The owner was nice enough to donate 3 wigs to my class. I can't say enough about the customer service. Thank you for the wonderful donation. My students will put them to good use!!

Every time I go I am given the help I'm needed to execute a certain style by any of the staff members. They're very fair and knowledgeable. I can call in and ask questions and never get a "I can't tell you that or we don't give prices over the phone". Best hair store in town!

I actually had a very good experience here. It was my first time ever being in the store as well as my first time ever purchasing hair bundles. I felt that they went out of their way to hell me find exactly what I was looking for and tried to assist me the best they could with the products they had available. I was unsure of what I wanted and they offered to hold my products until the next day so I could look elsewhere and then decide. I will go back to this store. They had a huge variety, they were open on time, and they were really nice. I’d give 5 stars, but I believe everyone has room for improvement.

I drive over a hour just to come to this store. I was spending $900 a month in here last summer it’s sick lol but I love this place so much! I buy from ONLY here and I highly recommend this place!

Ive always have been coming here for all my beauty items.and i bought several wigs from them.they stock most of items that their customers need and want.if youre looking for anything paticular and youre looking around and dont see it.just ask one of the workers what you want and see can they put in a order of the item you requested.they would let you know can or not.they are very polite to anyone that shops there.unique beauty supply store at gypsy plaza is the one that i like best for all my beauty purchases.
