As an owner op breakdowns are stressful The crew here at Underwoods towing took some of that away. Very fast showing up. Great and friendly service. Was more than fair on pricing. Highly recommend this crew

I was in an accident and my car was towed here. Josh was great! He went out of his way to help me in this difficult situation and was kind, courteous, and super helpful. He wasn't required to help me and took time out of HIS personal time to assist me getting access to my vehicle and what I needed to get out of it asap which help prevent extra losses that would have incurred otherwise. He remained with us as we cleaned out the vehicle, suggesting areas we forgot to look and helped take off the plates because I didn't bring tools. He advised me ahead of time of what was needed in order to obtain access to the vehicle, and he followed the rules of making sure I was the owner of the vehicle once I arrived. Which I am glad to see they don't allow just anyone access. I would highly recommend using this company for your needs. Thank you again Josh, we are extremely grateful for how you treated us and being so accommodating!

I didn't have the best experience at this place. I called many times to get details before I came to pick up my car and when I got there the price was almost twice as high. I had the name of the person who gave me the wrong price and they basically said, "Yeah, he's wrong all the time." Ohhhhkay. Rude and deceptive.
