First time customer, and now a customer for life!! Also will be recommending them to everyone I know when it comes to car maintenance. Was originally quoted a VERY reasonable rate for front and rear brakes compared other local shops. When I took my car in, upon looking at it they called to say the rear brakes are still good and I don't need them replaced yet. I feel any other shop would have just replaced the rear brakes even though it was not needed so they could charge me for it. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of the owners. Refuse to go anywhere else from now on!!

I stopped in at tune ups plus and Bob and Ken were there..I told them my problem with my Water Pump..Ken said if you can leave it..they will start on it and finish it up following day..As promised Kenny called me and said My Truck is ready...When I arrived Ken had Bob the mechanic that worked on my truck explain all he did and showed me the defective Water Pump Bearing..This place is straight forward and Very up front HONEST AND FAIR...THANK YOU KENNY N BOB.

If there was ever a such thing as a perfect automotive repair shop, this would be it. The customer service is top notch. Everyone there is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like just another number. They took their time to make sure they resolved my issue completely. Ken kept in communication with me along the way and went above and beyond what I expected. The cost of the repairs were reasonable and everything that was repaired was explained to me in detail.The staff at Tuneup Plus seem to genuinely care about their work and the service they provide. Its eveident that they value their customers. I will be going back for all of my automotive repair needs, no question.

I brought my vehicle in for a transmission fluid change, oil change, and to have my brakes checked. The bill I received was less than I was expecting it to be, and they told me the brakes didn't need replaced yet. I'm sure there are alot of other shops out there that would have just replaced them and charged me for it.If you're looking for honest mechanics and prices that are extremely reasonable, this is the place. They do not like working on BMW's if you drive one Do Not take it there. They will give you the run around and not call you back. Just be professional and say "we are not capable of working on BMW's."Service: Auto brake repair
