Hometown in Cornersburg, Ohio is one of the worst places to get prescriptions. The staff is never aware of the customers being at the window, whether you’re inside or outside in the drive through. They never have your prescriptions ready on time, or ready at all half the time. The app never works (or they just don’t pay attention to it). The staff isn’t very friendly. If you want to get your prescriptions there, prepare to spend a good amount of time there (I’ve waited for 20-30 minutes once after I hit the call button), before you’re ever served. Regardless of if the price is lower or not, it’s worth paying a higher price tag just to not go through this.

I’ve went to this pharmacy for about 15 years within the last year or so this place has really went downhill. It’s a shame. My doctors even have a horrible time dealing with them. Half of the time they don’t even have the medicine in stock, and have no idea when it will be back in. They will tell you a date and it wouldn’t even be there when they claim. A majority of the staff are new and just plain rude and hard to deal with. They will make unnecessary comments when picking up medications as well. Also- when they answer the phone they don’t give you much of a hello or say their name who you know who you’re even speaking with. I have had overdue prescriptions just sitting there that they haven’t even told me about and they just refuse to fill them. They’ll also make you sit in line at the drive thru while they talk to other customers through the window. I recommend people to take their business somewhere else. Especially when it comes to something such this where it’s important that you get your meds on time!

The only reason they got 1 star was because I couldn’t give them 0 stars....two of their employees hid in the corner when I got to the drive thru at 6:55 (I came straight from work) and when they eventually came over said sorry we close at 7 you can’t get your medicine tonight what a joke! This is the same pharmacy that gave my mother the wrong medication I should’ve learned then. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

I called to see if they carried a certain prescription and the young woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Won’t bother to go there.
