My dog is large and intimidating to most but he is welcomed and well treated when he is here. Atmosphere is friendly and you can tell they are knowledgeable and love the animals they service. She is so helpful with "in between" grooming info. Maximus will have regular groomings here as I am not able to be as detailed as I thought. Thank you so much for your services, we'll be back soon.

I have no experience other than my calling and leaving a message to see if she could groom my dog and no return call saying yes or no. I also texted and no response. If the answer was no just say so but to not respond to either communication is just not good business practice.

My dog has issues because of when he was a puppy. His first haircut they sliced him open twice ,so he's scared to death of groomers. He goes nuts, bites an puts up a fight . No one would do him. Jeannie really knows her stuff. She is so gentle with our babies. My one has seizures and Jeannie just goes with the flow and talked her thru it. She is absolutely amazing and down to earth. And she has great prices. She will always be my forever groomer and I am proud to call her a friend.

Jeannie is simply awesome. When I returned to the area a few months ago, I was searching for a groomer other than the scary big box stores for my Bichon. I found the Grooming Jeannie, and I am so glad I did. She is truly an animal lover, and grooming artist. My sweet dog loves her and always comes home looking fantastic. Great location, exemplerary groomer, satisfied every time.
