Shame on Eva Popovec as a shop owner. At Christmas, I was gifted $110 for my young children to spend time at the shop with their Grandmother and Aunt. We live out of state (New England so not close). My handbag was stolen a few weeks back along with the gift cards. I have a police report and felt awful that the gift cards were in the stolen handbag. I assumed by calling and explaining this unusual circumstance...that Eva would graciously honor those gift cards. NOPE...and she is such a COWARD that she didn't have the respect to pick up the phone and tell me herself. Didn't expect this nasty response with no explanation. I don't think the thief is going to drive all the way to Youngstown OH to use the gift cards. Is Eva that desperate for money? I honestly feel robbed twice. I strongly recommend that you think twice about patronizing a shop owned by such an unkind, heartless person. There are many options out there for you to pick from other than this pottery place.

Took my daughter and niece for a girls day. Owner was great, so helpful and kind. Just know you have to wait a week for finished project as it has to be fired. Girls were disappointed they didn't get to take projects home. Also, website lacks any helpful information. If fire process was explained on website we could have saved disappointment. I would still recommend this as a great activity.

Been there twice so far and it's a great time! Once with kids and once with adults, and they taught everyone how to paint properly. Everything turned out so nice and it's great quality.

Our two daughters, one son-in-law and grandson went there for my wife's birthday. Full disclosure, our grandson is 8 months old, so he was in the stroller. In any case, we all had a great time and it was a lot easier than you think. We just got the ceramics back yesterday and they turned out pretty awesome. Especially considering that not one of us is truly an artist of any measure. I definitely recommend trying it out.
