The oil change is good.but the customer service isn't good at all saying I need new wipers when their brand new saying I need a coolant exchange I just purchased the car from Ford and it was done....but wait to top it off the guy in the pit didn't fasten my under carage right and a day later I am missing 3 screws they just don't fall out they are threaded I had to spend 10.00 just for new bolts.and now my skid plate is damaged.but they don't listen when you speak to them my son is a lead mechanic at Fred Martin Ford and they think we are dum trying to over charge for un needed services

Take 5 Oil Change Services Are Great. Frank and Will explained everything and as Frank did the oil change he said each step he was doing and they check your vehicle over top of fluids, replace filters if needed and wipers… They did amazing and it was a wonderful experience!!!I will be back!!!! Thanks Take 5??️

This was my first time coming here and Frank was amazing !! Probably the best service I’ve had anywhere. Explained everything thoroughly to me and didn’t skip a beat! Highly suggest going because I know I’ll be going back :)

Very happy with customer service it’s second to none. Upon arriving I was greeted with a welcome and a free bottle of water. Informed how long of wait there would be. I left satisfied. Really impressed knowing I can go to any Take 5 and be Topped off until time stated on sticker for my next oil change. Thanks Jonathan,Frank, and Jamal for getting me ready for winter.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
