I bought three vehicles in the past 7 years off of this dealership. A Dodge ram pickup truck, Chevrolet equinox and a Mercedes-Benz. All three were one owner cars and well-maintained by the previous owners. Fair price and excellent service. Ray and his wife were wonderful people to work with. I would definitely purchase another vehicle in the future without hesitation. Wes the manager went out of his way to accommodate me on a cosmetic issue I had with the delamination of the center caps on the wheels of the Mercedes Benz. He ordered new ones from the dealership and had them sent directly to my house. Thank you, Wes. Class act people!

They really need to understand accountability when it comes to the fact that they had to fire their old mechanic because he didn't know how to fix cars properly and instead of trying to charge someone and then try to charge someone thousands of dollars to fix their vehicle when they old mechanic claimed nothing was wrong ‼️ Maybe try to work out a reasonable price to fix a vehicle since your continuously making payments on a vehicle that has been undrivable since November I'll never buy from this lot again ?

I purchased a Mercedes from this location. There was a washer pump that was already defective and damaged before I purchased the car they made me pay out-of-pocket and would not cover. I just recently traded in for a new Toyota, and could hardly get any money because there was a huge exhaust leak that I told them was wrong with it and they said that's the natural sound of the car. I highly doubt they even checked the exhaust. I also mentioned there was a check engine light. It was an air injection pump that my warranty still would not cover even after replacing it. I took it back to them, and the old man who runs the place wouldn't to do anything, except teach me a trick about playing with the gas cap to fix the emissions. The blonde accountant is the only person I have respect for

BUNCH OF LYING CROOKS THAT DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT WE WERE TOLD EVERYTHING WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BESIDES THE ENGINE BY THE OWNER.

Good Guys to deal with we have bought several cars there throughout the years and have had no problems with them we recommend them for a good used cars. I recently just bought another used car from them traded my truck in I had a problem with the a.m. radio on the new car that I got from them I took it back several days later and they completely repaired the problem no questions asked

Child… these folks are a mess. First of all the cars are overpriced for the mileage that are on them. Then, I’m desperate for vehicle so I was overlooking at first. After ME calling numerous times, the same goofy answer that they have not heard from the bank. I never knew it took over a week to hear from the bank to say yay or nay. It seemed as if they didn’t want my business but it’s all good.

At first I enjoyed the experience. They were helpful and worked with me. So I them take the car to get the oil changed and they also rotate the tires. So the tire place told me that the part that holds the tire on was stripped on one of the tires. Keeping in mind that either the dealer knew it and didn't say anything or FOUR star tire on meridian did it when installing the new tires, and again did not say anything. So I had to put out 123.00 for them to make the car safe to drive. I stopped at the location to inform them that either they or tire place knew or ruined them and didn't say anything. The owner said he investigated it and of course it was not their issue... ok.so needless to say I left upset!!

We purchased a GMC Terrain from here this past week . We were treated great and got a really good deal . The car was ready when we asked for it to be ready and was cleaned inside and out . We woke up this morning to a flat tire and called them for some help and they sent someone out right away to assist us !! That was beyond helpful and greatly appreciated!! Will be spreading the word on how great they are ! Thanks again !
