I purchased a vehicle from this business with an agreed upon down payment ( agreed between a gentleman named **** and I ). I made my initial car payment on July 11th via cash app as okay by ****. On August 7th a tow truck company pulled into my home to repossess my vehicle. My next payment on my vehicle was not to be paid until August 11th. After calling both the company and ****'s cell phone multiple times finally **** answered his personal cell phone. He then started to state to me that he is in big trouble with Steve, referring to Steve Grayson. He began to tell me that he should have required a higher down payment from me and Steve is upset that he had not. While discussing this matter on the telephone with ****, the tow company that he had in my driveway was becoming more and more visibly upset. I explained to **** that I knew my rights and that he could not repo my vehicle as I was not in default nor behind on any payments. While cleaning out my vehicle the tow truck driver slammed on the gas dragging my vehicle out of my driveway while hitting my left foot with the tire. Once I notified **** of what just happened he hung the phone up on me in which I then called the ********** Police to file a report. I had a feeling that illegal business was being conducted when I made my previous payment on July 11th. So I'm filing this complaint not only because my vehicle was repoed illegally but because the tow company they use to perform their repos was not only disrespectful but harmful.

Great experience . i walked to steve Grayson motors pregnant with limit money ..Steven helped me with a car and got me on my feet before and during some hard times of my motherhood .. if anything was ever wrong with me maken payments on time.. He was very understanding . i now own my car from him 2 years later . its very reliable . sometimes when yu run a business for used cars its "as is " for a reason . yu should have someone come look with yu if your uneducated on cars thenTo slander a man business who truly tries to help others and run a business.

My mom brought in a bike as down payment for a car, now one knows where the bike went and she still has no car. I've been listening to their conversations for about 6+ months now going back and fourth.. scammers.

I have had my car 4 yrs now. I didnt have any problems right after getting it. I owe nothing on it. Nows its time to trade it in forva medium size car. Anything that went wrong with it comes from regular up keep and taking care of it. Its an 05 Cavalier and even the guys at firestone said it was in good shape considering the year. Im sorry things didn't work out for the pass car purchasers.

I went to this car lot to purchase a vehicle to get back-and-forth to dialysis safely the man Steve who owns the shop said he would sell me a reliable vehicle not even 48 hours later there's problems with the vehicle I go to fix these problems and the whole piston is melted So when I went to have spark plugs changed it made a nice big hole and my car was No longer running I had to do a whole engine swap which Steve would not help In any way shape or form.... He told me I can get a warranty on the vehicle which was a bold face lie He sold me a lemon car and he knows it and right after he sold me that car he went and bought himself a new car....so beware....this is not a good person

Just wanted to give a BIG TIME shout out to Steve Grayson Motors. Having always bought new or pre-certified cars my entire life, I was very nervous/anxious about buying a vehicle from a used car lot ( ... said another way, was uber-concerned about being sold a lemon / dealing with the stereotypical used car salesman as portrayed in the movies).
