Friendly atmosphere. I was greeted when I walked in and met a few people. They seem down to earth and welcome you as you are. The worship is genuine and the Pastor exegetes the word well. They have a diverse congregation with a desire to reach out into the community.

I LOVE Metro!!! I was Baptized there last Sunday!! This church is AMAZING, Pastor Brent is sooooo Awesome!! Love all the people there, ❤?❤?

From Steel Valley Church
We are a church in Youngstown; located on the Northside of Youngstown State University (YSU). Our building is a well known historic landmark built in 1901 on the Northside.
We have a casual setting inside, so come as you are! Grab a cup of locally roasted Culturehouse Coffee, and be encouraged by God’s Word
Our vision is to be, “an intentional church family devoted to the hearing of God’s word, and the doing of God’s word.”
Our focus is three-fold:
1) Christ-centered Preaching and Teaching,
2) Disciple-making Relationships
3) Community Service.
