Hot foods are always available . My favorite part is no self checkout, everyone there is always helpful and kind. Good selection of meats for sure even the hard to find types. The kids and I love Ms.Becky the most wonderful cashier ever!!!!

If u want to save a lil money grocery shopping.... go to Youngstown or Boardman Ohio to shop. Considerably less expensive than grocery stores in PA. Gas is . 49 cents cheaper also. 1 exit up from new Castle. Elwood city, Koppel exit on turnpike. 19 miles or so.

This is close to home on South Ave. But recently went there at 7:40pm and they locked doors early. Next time I will go to Giant Eagle.

I purchased expired food. Called to make them aware and returned the food the next day, and they still had other expired products on the shelf. Bad meat is a no-no. It smelled bad and tasted worse. Check your food purchases at Sparkles before purchasing, but especially before eating it. I’m leery of shopping here now, unfortunately.

Nice old store. Customer service was very helpful as was the cashier. Good shopping adventure. Store could benefit from a remodel.

I visited the Western Reserve Road location. The store was very neat and clean. The staff didn’t speak, unless you spoke to them first. There is no diversity in staff at this location. I think the hiring managers should recognize that their store only has Caucasian employees. I will not shop at this location, or any of Sparkle stores, until they become more inclusive with their hiring process.
