Needed to replace my mattress and returned to Sleepy Hollow where I had purchased my previous mattress. Was met by Dan who was extremely helpful. Listened to my concerns and showed me multiple options. The guys that delivered my mattress and frame were friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. Would not hesitate to purchase from Sleepy Hollow again. Highly recommend!!!

Where to start! My husband and I have fought over mattresses our entire marriage. He likes super firm. I like pillow tops. We’ve compromised with Stearns and Foster mattresses and Sattva mattresses. Neither one of us was ever entirely satisfied. We visited Sleepy Hollow in the spring and after our sales representative, Dan, put up with our back-and-forth for about an hour we finally settled on a Temperpedic firm mattress. Every night for two months when it was time to go to bed, I’d tell my husband well it’s time to go lay down on that slab of cement again! The thing is that after struggling with herniated discs and arthritis for 26 years and never being able to sleep through the night and always waking up in pain, from the very first night we got this mattress I can sleep in any position and I wake up pain-free every day! The same could be said for my husband. I still can’t get over how firm it is and how absolutely comfortable it is. I just can’t say enough about this mattress. I also can’t express my appreciation enough for Dan and his guidance as we were shopping. He understood that my husband liked super firm beds and that I didn’t, and he didn’t push us in the direction of any type of mattress at all. He just listened to what we liked and pointed us in the direction of what he thought might be a compromise, and we tried every brand of mattress in that store. It was really nice to have a sales person show us the respect to give us the space we needed to make a purchase that we’d be happy with. A Tempur-pedic mattress is not inexpensive even when they’re on sale, however, they are worth every penny!Don’t do what we did and spend years trying to save a few bucks. Sleep is so important to overall health. Can you AFFORD not to make sure you’re well rested and pain free?!

Dan was great!.. very knowledgeable and easy to talk to without pressuring us to buy. If you’re interested in purchasing a mattress ask for Dan at the Boardman Sleepy Hollow location.

We recently bought a sealy posturepedic hybrid matress. The whole experience was delightful. Dana(assistant manager) waited on us. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. She was never pushy with her sale. I found the matress 100 dollars cheaper and she priced matched for us. I can't wait for the delivery. We are so glad we chose Sleepy Hollow, a family owned business!

I saw the billboard showing your family and like ten kids. If you can support ten kids selling mattresses then your prices are clearly too high.

My husband and I just purchased our first Tempur-pedic bed at the Boardman shop, what tremendous Customer Service from the minute we walked in the store to the delivery! Dan and his trainee helped us find the perfect mattress, the bed came in very quickly and the 2 young delivery guys were superb! It is very difficult to find; great service, polite and efficient young men AND quality products these days THIS IS THE PLACE, thank you for such great service and product! Due to cost we were unsure for years! I must say, we shouldn't have waited so long, just our first night in this bed and what a difference, I have never slept so well, it's worth the $$ to not wake up in pain and to sleep soundly through the night for the first time in many years!! Sleepy Hollow has always been a great place to shop. They met and exceeded my expectations once again.Dana & Dan provided great customer service at the Boardman store across from the Shops at Boardman Park.Shopping Sleepy Hollow is stress-free without any pushy sales tactics. They offer great products that last a long time. The old saying of "you get what you pay for" is very true with there products. Sure you could go to a box store, non locally owned or operated place and get a cheap mattress. You would than have just that a cheap mattress. Quality sleep ? and a good back are priceless to me.I highly recommend Sleepy Hollow.

Superb warranty service by their representative, Cindy. Excellent customer service. Had a mattress to be returned, not due to any fault on their part, it was a manufacturing issue. She was true to her word. Upon determining that there was a valid defect in the product, she professionally handled the return. We have purchased a mattress from Cindy at Sleepy Hollow, Boardman before, and would consider her and the store she represents again for any future purchases.
