I received help from a nice young lady named Jala , I’m not quite sure how to spell it.. ( sorry in advance ). I came in looking for her because I recently saw her experiencing some very nasty behavior from a customer 2 grown men at that ! I’ve never seen someone so happy to be at work and to just do their job so I did tell her just kep a smile on your face and look pretty because she did look pretty . And she’s just so nice so I’m not quite sure what the hubba was about 😅 the company would be doing a detriment to themselves to not have people around like that ! Thankyou again , I will be coming back soon.( EDIT : LET ME NOT FORGET ) she cleaned up well too when I came in the floors were spotless I know a great cleaner when I see one like I mean I went in the back area and went over by the boots and heals and when I say CLEAN I mean CLEAN

Worst customer service. The girl was extremely rude to every customer in the store and when asked why she was acting like that her response was “ I’m 20 and it’s 2025”. Just disgusting.

The store itself is laid out poorly. The selections are not overwhelmingly poor, however, the level of selection has gone down significantly recently. The last time we were there this past trip had a number of shelves completely empty, yet stacks and stacks of shoes all over the floor. This is not something that should be optional as a store that only sells shoes.
