Overnight and day parking huge dirt lot fits 50 trucks easy. No restrooms when closed. Check in at shack and can walk right over to shipping and receiving when open. Friendly staff. Lumpers but I have never sat more than a couple hours unloading.

Got there early to get unloaded. Had to sit until my appointment time. After I got a dock it took 3 hours to unload me. Lots of walking back and forth

Overnight parking.Got here at 2200 for a 0900 delivery. Got to at door at 0430. 4 hrs later i was unloaded. Heres the killer. I reload from here at 1300. Been in door since 1115. Its 1805 and im still here.If u del or pu bring food. Youll be here awhile......

They were very rude with the driver. Appt for 11 AM, out 2 PM. It was very smal partial and paperwork took them ages to unload. Not the best place to deliver anything

The employees are friendly, I'll lead with that! Walking isn't the problem, it's the lack of space inside that's the problem (I definitely welcome the exercise). Once you get a door, you'll walk back to your door from the inside of the building. Just be cautious of the folks working hard & unloading the trucks on the forklifts. There are no "safe zones" marked for us to walk along.Once you're at your door inside the building, they'll tell you what your Lumper fee will be. You go back to your truck & wait for the call that you're done & walk back to door 73 to get your bills.

Everything was perfect. Overnight parking is available and you can also stay after unloading. Less than 30 minutes to unload full frozen load. Washrooms are by receiving office. Very nice folks here.

i dont really get all the negative reviews.. every time i come here it seems pretty decent.. its great that you can park here the night prior.. just be prepared they might be knocking on your door at 530ish to unload you even if your appt is at 7 or 8.. but this is a good problem to have.

One a joke this place is , I got here at 3 pm my appointment was at 2 I had multiple stops there's was last one one palate, the manager rayan or brayan not sure make me spend the night charged me 150$ late fee didn't get me in till 11:30 am then charged me lumper fee for one stupid palate I lost two loads and had scheduled I wish I would never come here again

Bit tight for backing in spots. But overall decent check-in process. I would say par for the course for grocery shippers and receivers

It is not difficult to get there, if you do it at night. It has overnight parking and portable toilets. From the moment you arrive, they receive documents and discharge you based on your appointment. I was given an hour and a half before my appointment. And they download quickly. Of course with the lumper's payment of $330 USD. It's not so bad for the weather.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. As someone else said, the waste of time with multiple check points is ridiculous. We had a 9am appointment and it is now 11am and they have yet to unload us. Pulling into the docks is the dumbest setup ever; it is a tight squeeze between buildings and as we struggled to maneuver into a spot, employees were milling about and would squeeze directly in front of, beside and behind our moving truck. Other workers were at a picnic bench laughing and being rude as we struggled. Will NEVER come to this place again. I'll give the one star overall for the female guard at the entrance being polite and professional.*edit: we were finally unloaded and got our bills at 2:05pm. 5 hours. If you have to go there I hope your company charges a detention fee!

Showed up 0930 for 1000 appointment had BOL in hand by 1015. Lady at the gaurd shack was really nice. Not sure why the previous reviews say it's a tight squeeze here there's plenty of room to maneuver. If you have an extended sleeper it might be more of an issue but other than that it's an easy dock.

Very nice people. Arrived an hour early, had an 0900 appt. 22 skids and had me unloaded and gone by 0930. Lumped myself, no pull-off fee.Restrooms readily available.Drivers saying this lot is "very tight" are probably in the wrong line of work, though there are a few docks that are mildly difficult.
