This shell is definitely not open 24 hours. It closes at like 9pm which is almost unheard for any gas station let alone the last station on 680 before getting on the turnpike.

Would leave 0 stars, but that is not possible. On 9.3.23, around 2 p.m., I went to get gas, buy cigarettes, and get an iced coffee like I do 5 times a week before I go to work. After getting my cup from the cup dispenser, I put some ice in the cup, then discovered that they no longer sell the iced coffee that I always buy. I threw the cup with the ice, the lid, and the straw that I had touched in the garbage. Since they didn't have the coffee I intended to buy, I just threw it all away. The female worker proceeded to take the cup from the trash, follow me out the door, and throw the ice at me. She was screaming about there being a shortage of ice and that I should have paid for the ice that I put in the cup that I threw away. After a heated exchange, she literally came after me threatening me all the way up to my car and told me I better never come back to that store or I would be arrested. Needless to say, I will never be going back to that location or any other Shell, not because of her threat, because I did nothing wrong, simply because of the poor service and aggressive/irrational behavior of the worker. I would have paid for the ice if I had walked out with ice. But i didn't end up buying the drink because they don't sell it anymore. Hopefully, someone from management will see this and watch the video of this interaction, as most places have cameras. Hopefull, this whole incident was recorded for them to see.

Filled up my tank and no paper in the pump to get my receipt. Went inside to use restroom. All employees leaning on counters staring at their phones. Went to bathroom. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap in dispenser. Employees never even looked up once to acknowledge me or any other customers walking in or out.

I purchased two coffees and my total was just under $6.00. I got a notice from my bank about a charge from this station for over $32. I bought nothing but two coffees. I called and spoke with the manager who said she would have to go through a week's worth of transactions to find it. I tried calling back several times to give her a number that I thought could be a transaction ID from what appeared on my online banking and no one answers the phone now. If I don't hear back from her I'll have to file a fraud report with my bank and they can investigate it.

WTF Pulled in to get gas at SHELL at WESTERN RESERVE and SOUTH AVE gas ADVERTISED AT 47.9 BUT I pulled in and ALL PUMPS WERE CLOSED !!!!! Isn’t this FALSE ADVERTISING ?

Best place to get gas in company vehicle when i also want to get it a quick car wash.

Pumps are super slow and one pump took my card and then the computer froze up, while my card was locked into the card reader, I almost didn't get it back. Would avoid this station.

Has everything you really need. Clean, good selection, and friendly staff. Parking lot was easy enough for me to figure out. Store is well lit and nicely laid out. So many energy drinks, pops, waters to choose from.
