Definitely one of the best lifting atmospheres in NE Ohio! Great training crew that will cheer you on and give you a spot. They have all the possible equipment, specialty bars, and bands/chains that you could need.

Staff was amazing. The vibe is inviting. Heavy dumbbells. Pendulum squat. Kilo plates and regular all different resistance bands. The graffiti on the wall sets everything offf. You can go shirtless. Really cool vibe and atmosphere, very nice unique equipment, the paintings and murals on the walls are dope. Gym is organized and setup well and the everybody is very cool and supportive. Overall just a great gym
