This rite aid location is the worst especially if you use their pharmacy. They won’t take goodrx or coupons for controlled substances which seems discriminatory. The staff will tell you that all rite aids won’t take GoodRx but it isn’t true. After 4 days without my medication I called a different rite aid and they quickly filled my meds and apologized, they told me it’s up to the pharmacists discretion whether they’ll take GoodRx. Not taking GoodRx or coupons targets lower socioeconomic status populations. I will not go back here.

I put in my refill a week ago and its late. It never takes this long to get a prescription. Especially for certain medications where you cant miss too many days of taking them.

Unfortunately I’ve had my last in a series of bad experiences here, from pharmacists unwilling to advise to long waits to failure to fill medications. We’ll be transferring our business to the Walgreens across the street.

The level of incompetence this pharmacy has repeatedly showed me, it borders on the insane. Lots of issues here. Just switched to Amazon pharmacy. Wish me luck, folks.

In the past month, the pharmacy has gone way down hill. They've lost prescriptions for controlled substances, they've not given all medications at once which results in multiple trips to the pharmacy. Waiting a week for a doctor phoned in heart medication to be filled. This is crazy.

My doctor called me in a prescription Oct 6 at 2pm called at 530 to see if ready said had to order be in Monday Oct 9 after 3 proceed to call at 4 RX said didn't come in had to reorder be in Tues afternoon so I wait a few days call Thurs 8x different tines no one answers drive thru is closed because of staffing issues go inside 6+ people in line therefore I leave call and call Friday the 13th again RX don't answer I finally stop in Friday 13th around 330 after waiting 15 min in line they say still don't have it...then one girl goes wait oh we have it just have a seat we'll call you when its ready. Its been a week at this point seriously I left because I had another appt to be at. I go back Saturday 14th 3ish again 5 people in line and one person working in the pharmacy.After a week I still do not have my prescription. The girl in front of me said she was in several times to try and get her RX as well with no luck.They had drive thru closed and drop off window inside closed as well each time I tried getting my RX.I understand places are short but they need to seriously figure out something people need their medicines and trying to get it for a week and still not getting it.Managers should be stepping in to help out at the counter. No one answering RX calls people like me who have gone their for years it isn't easy to just switch to another drug store.Hopefully they get help soon to better serve RX customers

I only switched to them because it's so close to my house but I'm regretting my decision and will be transferring pharmacies again!!! They don't answer their phone and the one girl that works there never has a smile, I would say she has rbf but her attitude matches.

Lately this pharmacy has been terrible. They NEVER answer the phone. I will give them hours and hours after my rx is sent in before attempting pickup (I again they never answer phone) just to be told it isn't ready. At 6pm. Now I can't get them until next day. Now I get to continue to feel miserable until I'm done with work tomorrow. I get short staff situations but this not an effective way to treat patients

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have been getting the same medication. But when i submit a refills they are always out of it. I also had my medication set for automatic refills and the phymacist claimed and argued with me that i didnt but i only get 3 medications. I am not happy with this pharmacy. Also the pharmacist said i have been here for 7 years and this never happened. Really ? How come with my family of 6 and always there i only have seen u there maybe for a year? I know all the workers in the store. I will be transferring to a different store unless this is resolved.

Do not use this Pharmacy if you plan on using the GoodRx coupon. They will charge you a price much higher than the GoodRx and will refuse to give you the quoted price by GoodRx. When you charge my 20yo son $105 more than you should, you have lost my respect, all future prescriptions for my family, and hopefully all future prescriptions for my patients. So shortsighted of you and your manager.

Moved out of Boardman and moved to cornersburg Youngstown they are the worst rite aid in this area every time I would get a prescription filled doctor would call it in all my doctors to that drugstore and all my prescriptions would be in different rite aids I had to switch drug stores because of them they be in Boardman Poland Canfield Warren and because of that they weren't allowed to fill it I actually had to stop going there I had to find another drugstore and I don't know how that can happen
