This is for the pharmacy. It's ridiculous how often I'm the only one in front inside and they have 5 employees "busy" on the computer, on the phone, or stocking shelves and they ignore customers until they are done.

I went into Rite Aide at 540 E. Midlothian Youngstown Ohio 44502 to get a vaccination. They took me to the back because I had to lift up my shirt. They were amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
As I was leaving I was approached by the store manager named Paul and he asked if I had come out of the back. I told him yes and he told me I was trespassing and threatened to call the police on me. I told him I was taken to the back to get my shot and he stated that I didn’t. Implying I was lying. He said no one came out but me.
I then walked back to the pharmacy and as I was trying to talk to the pharmacist so I could confirm for him…he over talked me and was very rude and intimidating. The pharmacist then confirmed that they did take me to the back. He did give a very dry apology and kept saying “but yea but yea” as if I had done something wrong.
I have never in my life been threatened to have police called on me. I pride myself with following the rules so that I’m never involved in any sort of confrontation. He should have confirmed with Pharmacists before confronting me. I believe he needs serious Customer Service training. I am really considering taking my business elsewhere bc of this treatment. I was still polite to him but I felt extremely threatened and immediately had to come home and take my anxiety medication.

Whoever the pregnant girl in pharmacy is needs fired, whoever the manager is needs fired. After 10 years of coming here I’m never going back. This is exactly why Rite Aid is going out of business. The attitudes and not taking accountability for their mistakes is making customers go to other pharmacies where they’ll be treated like actual humans. This pharmacy is so slow and they have all young stupid kids working that hardly know what they’re doing and take forever to get one prescription. Walgreens, Walmart, Giant Eagle, or Meijers will be more than happy with taking my medication and treat me like I matter.

This is the worst Rite Aid in United States. I went into the back to get me some Allegra my first time in this store had no idea when you buying This from the Pharmacy you have to go to the front. The young lady said they are very busy back there. But there was no one back there that a fact it was only 2 or 3 people in the store Apologize to because there was no sign stating in that you have to go to the front of the store The people there are very bad Stay away from the store cause they are very nasty and rude

I used to like RiteAid but they've been very short staffed and not answering the phone the employees seem to be trying their best. Ive had to drive to the store to request and check on refills.

They have had a real hard time staffing their pharmacy lately. Today was the best with 5 people there ,but lately the service has been far below this. The staff however has maintained professionalism INSPITE of some customers.

They don't answer the phones and they will literally not fill your prescription until they know u have insurance.. wasted 2 hours waiting for my prescription and they absolutely suck

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. It doesn’t make any sense to mistreat your customers with open contempt— there are people who are in need of medication and cannot get it due to the lack of concern from these employees. Do better!!!

So I had a horrible customer service experience in there pharmacy last night. I showed up at 20 to 9pm, right before they closed. I had some questions about home covid tests. The girl refused to speak to me because she insisted that I go through the drive thru. There was no point in that especially when I have to go inside to actually purchase the test. She then asked if this was going to be cash or insurance? I said it doesn't matter. I can do either. Then she said that my insurance wouldn't pay for the tests. She didn't even ask me for my information to make such an assumption. When I mentioned that she stopped talking to me. The security gate was down and she just disappeared. I was concerned about getting tested and keeping my family safe (which includes a 8 month old baby) and all she was concerned with was clocking out at 9pm. I called my insurance company this morning and they cover the costs of the tests. The technician lied because it inconvenienced her... Thanks Rite Aid. Thanks alot...

Never fills your prescriptions on time! Let you go without your medications!! If you need them that day don’t fill them here MAYBE on a good day but it takes em 4 hours to fill two scripts smh ?♀️ okay never in my life had to wait for my prescriptions like this EVER for real sorry but the best pharmacy is not this one !! And wowowww oh wow I took a look at all the other reviews and I AM RIGHT YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER omg ? wow

Waited 4 hours after my prescription was called in to pick it up. When I arrived they told me it would probably take another 20-30 minutes. Each other person in line was told the same thing. What's the point in calling in a prescription if they aren't going to fill it until after you arrive?

I believe the pharmacy technician name is Hallie. This girl is VERY unprofessional, condescending&just ignorant. After waiting over 4 hours for 4 prescriptions to be filled&receiving a call that they were ready she proceeded to tell me they weren't ready with a very bad attitude. If you dont like or appreciate the fact that you are lucky enough to have a job QUIT. I will report her to corporate.
