“My wife had a minor procedure here on this day but has had a few surgeries here as well several years ago. The quality and compassionate care is like no other. This is what they are known for and our experience was no different. From check-in through discharge, everyone was polite and courteous. They have TV screens that allow you to see the status of the patient identified as a six digit number that they provide you upon check-in. It shows the progress of the patient as they move through process from pre-op, to procedure, to recovery and finally to discharge. As I waited in the lobby, they offer free coffee, soda, teas and some snacks while you wait. They also have a small little snack bar where you can purchase muffins and pastries to enjoy while you wait as well. Upon checking in for the procedure, they gave us two complimentary tickets for you to use at the snack bar for a free pastry of your choosing. Definitely a top notch place to consider for minor procedures and surgeries.”

They always find discounts on medications when my insurance won't cover it and always able to get my medication on time. “Drive thru...The wait to pick up prescriptions is always at least 20 minutes or more depending on if you get there when it's not busy or there's a ton of cars. It's not anyone's fault, just a busy Pharmacy. The agent at the window was super nice & smiling, I thought I was on Mars somewhere, no one now a days is that nice. It was a female & she was just the sweetest thing, it was hard to believe, but she was very good & fast.”

“I have been a customer here for 9 years. I've also been to other big chain pharmacies, there's no comparison. The staff at Hometown know you by name, and you know them. Just the other day I forgot to pay my insurance premium so my monthly prescription was denied. The insurance company said it would take a few days once I played my premium. The Pharmacist understood my situation and gave me a few days supply to hold me over. No big chain pharmacies would do that. This is just one example of their personalized care which is so rare now. I so appreciate everyone at Hometown Pharmacy!”
