Was a bit skeptical because they seem a bit pricier than other shops, but boy oh boy are they worth it! These people know what they are talking about and do their best to work with you! They even called to check in on my car a couple days after working on it! Stand up dudes, plus a really cute dog. Will be bringing my European car here for anything it needs done!

Nearly 800$ for about two hours of work for some BMW wheel bearings. Was quoted 350$ at a local shop for the job.... For 800$, I could have just went to a dealership.... Safe to say, the guy goes by Book prices which, is a huge issue. Not paying a bit under 400$ an hour at your shop for some bearings bro... Dude must be smoking something. I noticed the reviews like to talk about "good/fair" pricing. It's clearly by people who didn't even bother comparing shop pricing, this dudes pricing is almost as bad as dealerships lmao. Call around, compare then decide. It's the difference between getting screwed or spending hundreds extra. ?

We did not end up getting our car repaired here but the owner was very helpful. He showed us the problem, gave us options and was very genuine. If you are ever in the area and need a quick repair, this is the place.

Do not recommend,reviews are very misleading They performed zero service inspected the vehicle and could not figure out it was an exhaust manifold,lived around Youngstown My whole life never trusted the mechanics and this is why, $200 and he couldn't figure out a simple gasket on exhaust manifold...We still paid for effort we run a company as well..Wejust needed the problem diagnosed and they couldn't do that...A good mechanic can do everything not just good at stuff I can fix myself as a Carpenter like for real bad business!!!!No help at all...quick 200 then We took it down the street and they wanted 1800 for exhaust manifold,do not go to any shops in Youngstow.I have done these transmissions and all your common work and I just fixed a bunch of stuff myself and this was the last issue,so 1800 one side broken bolts.Guy in ellsworth 500$ and it's a couple hour job for him.Old timers are all gone were screwed...

I was having issues with my mini cooper. Took it in and they found the issue within a day. Superb expertise and communication all around. I took my car to previous shops when it was having issues and can say Partners was by far thee most honest shop to work with. If my family or I ever experience any issues, I can guarantee we will go back here. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Great work on the wife enclave AC line change, little expensive but cheaper than dealer. Fast appointment and reasonable time completing job. Seems very trustworthy and any more problems with my autos will return.

I decided to take my car to Partners Auto Repair Shop after reading such great reviews and recommendations from others. These men did an excellent job at repairing my vehicle. Orlando is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Prices are very reasonable. This is my first going to Partners to have my car repaired and I can tell you that I will be taking my cars here in the future when my vehicles need repaired and you should too! It’s hard to find a good shop/mechanics in this day and age, Partner’s, Orlando and his staff are is definitely one the best shop in our area!

Had a great experience. The mechanic took me through and showed me exactly what needs to be replaced and why it ninstead of just telling me what needs replacing. I really appreciated that!
