Went in for a pink fill I have never been to this salon before. I wanted just a neutral color of pink and this is what I received. I explained to her that these nails are practical see through and she said that's what you asked for and then proceeded to tell me if I wanted it fixed and have it not be see through it will be an extra $10. The shape is even horrible, and different sizes. They were extremely rude to customers that were also getting their nails done next to me. I walked out paying $53+ tax for the worst fill I have ever received.

So I went to nail lovers about a week ago, for a nail fill, which I've really been debating on writing review or not however I've decided to I've been goin there off and on over years and this time by far has been my worse experience their. 1st off their over priced for the not so good service they give and when I say they THE OWNERS! They barely communicate with you and then they sit and talk to each other or other employees your whole service in their native language which can be offensive for most people due to the fact you kind of think their talking about you! 2nd is when sue asked me if I had gel polish on when I said yes she proceeded to tell me to remove gel it's a 15$ extra service which I was shocked but when I asked why she said cuz it's 15 dollars well $15 is unheard of when all she was doing was drilling it off my nails and you have to use the drill anyway to do a nail fill so I'm still confused as to why I was charged that when there were no chemicals used on my nails to remove that so it didn't cost her anything to remove that off my nails then to have gel polish back on your nails that's another $15 or you could just use regular polish and sit there for over a half hour to dry your nails in which they will still ruin when you bump them on something so a regular nail fill cost me 42$ if I woulda got gel it would have been 60$ for a fill and a bad paint job!!! That was the first time I didn't tip in my life!!! Way to go nail lovers

Went in on a normal day with my mother in law we both got full sets hers chipped two days after getting them done and 3 of my nails have broken in less that two weeks I have plenty of other places I get my nails done the same way every time and they can last for a month before I even need a fill. wont be going back here

Upon arriving at Nail lovers I should have just left immediately. The salon did not look very clean or well kept. But I was waited on immediately so I felt awkward walking out. The owner John did my full set of nails, it took well Over an hour and a half as he would not stop talking about Vietnam. I have no problem having a conversation but it never stopped!! The quality of work was poor , my nails look like a child did them. It is absolutely awful. I tried to tell him about the issues but he insisted they were fine. Do not waste your time or money on this salon. It was poor quality and poor workmanship.
