This is the WORST ModWash in the area! Over 1/2 of the sweepers did not work correctly. Moved my car 3 times to find one that would sweep. Attendants were very polite even though machines were bad.

Love this place, great service, price, and cleans vehicles nicely. It would be nice to have the option to add a vehicle, at a lower rate when you buy the membership. Many people have multiple vehicles.

9/10 times when I come through, there is no one outside. I always have to wait for them to come out to let me in because my plate is never read there. They usually don't give out air fresheners either.Update 9/29/23I really do not like this location. I always have to ask for an air freshener when they are supposed to hand them out for every car. The line was closed today for the members only, but the cones set up for it were all the way up where the barrier is and several cars were seen backing up and pulling to the other lane because it was hard to see where the cones were for the members only lane. That was only the few minutes I was in line, so it's obvious this is an issue, and yet they did nothing about it. The guy at the line was also checking his texts on his watch before even speaking to me! I'd never come here if it wasn't on my route home from work.

I recently had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Mod Wash, a car wash service that left my vehicle damaged and me without any resolution for well over 100 days.On June 17, 2023, I took my car to Mod Wash for a routine wash. To my dismay, the automatic car wash system damaged my vehicle during the process. Understandably concerned about the situation, I immediately went inside to discuss the issue with their staff. They assured me they would inform the general manager and promised to get back to me within a week. However, this was just the beginning of my ordeal.Following their advice, I went ahead and obtained an estimate for the necessary repairs from a reputable source of my choice. Eager to resolve the matter, I promptly submitted the estimate to Mod Wash as instructed. However, this marked the start of weeks of radio silence from their end, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. My calls and visits to the establishment went unanswered, leaving me in a state of frustration and anxiety.After finally managing to reach the general manager, I was informed that I needed not one, but three estimates from three different businesses for the repairs. Why this crucial information was not conveyed to me from the beginning remains a mystery. Nevertheless, I complied and obtained three estimates, hoping that this would expedite the resolution process.However, Mod Wash continued to ignore my phone calls and evade my attempts to speak to someone in person. The lack of communication and accountability from their end has been nothing short of infuriating. It's astonishing how a company can treat a customer with such disregard and apathy, especially when it was their malfunctioning equipment that caused the damage in the first place.As of today, well over 100 days have passed since my car was damaged at Mod Wash, and I'm still left with a damaged vehicle and no resolution in sight. This entire experience has been a nightmare, filled with frustration, inconvenience, and a profound sense of injustice.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Mod Wash for any car washing needs. Their complete lack of responsibility, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply dissatisfied and inconvenienced.
