Dropped my spouse off and we didn’t even have a few minutes to ask questions or anything they take them back and your left in the dark and told so many days then call and get told two different answers. Constantly rearranging my schedule to accommodate how unprofessional they have been. If you want to ask them questions or get an update on your spouse good luck because they NEVER answer the phone. If I was to do this ever again I would find somewhere else to get help.

Would not treat my husband for alcohol detox because he is A DISABLED VET IN A WHEELCHAIR! LITERALLY, would not treat him because he can't WALK? He was so happy when he was told they had a bed open. We even asked if they had wheelchairs and they said yes. We drove all the way there and they told us they wouldn't take him because of his disability! What? I learned how to take care of a disabled person, 1 assist, in EMT class, and furthermore in nursing school. You really have to be lazy, nasty, people to turn away a person who needed medical treatment. You don't have the right to call yourself "nurses, doctors, STNA's, etc". Also, to the "higher ups", are disabled people not an easy enough insurance grab? "Too much work, turn them away".

This place has given me more back in my life then I could have ever imagined. This is such a great place to go if your in need of help like I was at one point... MAT, Counseling, housing, inpatient treatment and outpatient, groups, and regular Dr visits both on the family side and Medically assisted treatment side too. Good place to go if you need this kind of help. U don't have to keep on living that life.. u can get help and this is the place to go.. thank you meridian .. so much..

I give praise to my case manager Brian Beck. Nurse practitioners Karen was awesome. I noticed that Meridian Healthcare could not keep any doctors on staff. They gave me some nerd named Caleb. I never cared for this dude from day one. I tolerated him anyway. He was weird at most. I can't say what I really want to say about him. He made some very unprofessional comments to me. I was in The MAT program and he was overbearing. He refused to treat me for a non related reason. I don't think this dude is doctor material. I am going to file a complaint with the state medical board against his non professional manner of treatment. Do not accept this dude as a medical care

Takes Alot of time but I think it's saving my life with a good time to go out of town yet I have no clue what you are doing for the next day or two but you know how much you are going through some things to straighten out the other one and I'll be grateful for that I guess we will see what happens next time

I would not recommend it for any stranger let alone a friend. I had medicine missing socks stolen and other items. That's from the staff alone. Now let's talk about the bathroom. There was feces all over it and on the floor along with the urine! I left almost immediately. I went there to get better. There should be higher standards to make someone feel a little more at home when they're trying to detox or get back to good.

These people save my life they're amazing they're wonderful I don't know what I would have done without them this great programs the employees treat you like actual patients like they should not junkies on the street they treat you like real people which is something that all services the deal with recovering addicts should do!
