**REVIEW REMAINS THE SAME OTHER THAN THE ADDED RESPONSE**Waste of time.. I constantly sell stuff and i always call them first but for the life of me I can't ever talk to someone that is actually in charge..Yet you rely on customers to bring in item's that you just clean and turn a profit after "maybe" putting extra parts which cost probably Pennie's then you sell it for triple the profit.. You are in the business strictly to turn a profit by selling not new items as if they're new. Don't act like you don't take advantage of that factor everyday. Thanks

Very nice on phone and in person. I should have saw the red flags when they required “cash only”. Got my appliance home and it didn’t even worked. The “very nice person” offered little to rectify the problem. So I am out hundreds of dollars for something that does not work.
