Bought a gift for a boss that was retiring and wanted to personalize it. Thought I could get an engraved plate at Things Remembered, but they no longer service locally. I found Mahoning Valley Awards and Gifts by chance. Went into store on a Saturday early afternoon. Owner waited on me quickly and provided me with an engraved plate a couple of hours later. I ordered a memorial box for the ashes of my beloved cat, and the staff at Mahoning Valley Awards and Gifts made the whole process as easy and special as possible. Their attention to detail and compassion went way beyond what I had expected from ordering a box with a picture of a cat on it. I will definitely be using their service for gifts in the future.

I ordered a clock with a picture of some of my garden flowers I had taken. The order arrived within a week.The clock was just what I wanted! Everything was centered beautifully and it keeps time perfectly. Now when I check the time, I can enjoy my flower garden no matter what time of year it is.
