This us the worst experience of my life. Paying on a car that will not run, the car they gave me to use the muffler fall off, just sitting in my drive. Oh the promise of we will make it right for you....they have blocked my number, my friends number after she called for me. I never thought Mark and Norman would do this to me. This whole experience is so upsetting to me. I have never had to give a more hurtful experience in my life. Karma will come back to you. Didnt know they were not BBB Approved.

The worst service ever. All he cares about is credit and will insult your personal life once you call him out for being a LIAR and selling you a junk, wrecked trashed car lol. Told me all my car needed was a tune up and here the whole front end needs rebuilt and my radiator hose Flys off my car whenever it feels like so it over heats and breaks down. Only drove it 20 k miles and now probably have no car and he was absolutely USELESS when I went back for my refund or any kind of help. Will never go here again. Would PAY PEOPLE NOT TO GO HERE!!!!! this business needs SHUT DOWNNNN!!!!

Sorry but no! Sold an 08 Honda civic to me.... THE WHOLE FRONT END NEEDS REBUILT. he basically charged me 3 thousand for it. I owed 500 on it and didn't pay for 2 months because I ended up low on cash and he reposessed my car and charged me 700 that day IN CASH ONLY to get it back and then told me I still owe another 500 on it. So hes basically charged me 4 thousand for this car and the control arms are broke. The breaks sucked. The swaybars and stabilizers need changed. The

This place is absolutely amazing. Not only did they sell me a very reliable vehicle, they have been very kind and compassionate during the process. I have never met auto salesmen that care so much about being honest and straightforward. Their integrity is A+ We pulled up in a vehicle my friend bought from a used dealer, that same day, in Uniontown, Ohio. The motor blew in their parking lot. They have been super accommodating in even helping us leave the vehicle until we can figure out what we are doing with it (obviously not long term). They go over and beyond for people, not just their customers. 5 stars is not enough. I would give them the entire sky full of stars if I could.
