Very nice people. Nice vehicles. The only reason we didn't buy there is we are from another state the requires inspection.

I just feel like going after shady businesses. This place will take your money and run. A few years ago I went to buy a Honda Fit they had on the lot, and I put $500 down to save it. The next day something just didn't feel write and I decided to back out of the deal. They refused to give me my money back and tried to show me on the contract where I had "checked a box" that would keep me from getting my deposit. The best part was while showing me this the "finance" lady tried to check the box while showing me as if I wouldn't notice. I was furious. Luckily I know people in the car business at large reputable dealers and they fought to get my money back because what they were doing was not best business practice. Why am I writing this now? Because small car dealers like this one will take your money and don't care what type of situation you're left in. The other reviews speak for themselves.

I would just look away from this dealer and shop elsewhere. I recently bought a 01 tacoma, they have a reputable reliablity, barely having the truck for 2 weeks my shock has busted off from the frame due to a major frame rust issue that was never addressed when I bought the truck and the area of the frame looks to be coated with paint to hide the rust. The truck isn't even drivable after spending $9k on it. Lou has zero respect for anyone and does not stand by his business, he had no intentions on wanting to make this right with me. I would not shop here, take it from someone who was absolutely robbed and now has a vehicle (less than a month in my hand) I hope I can get fixed but will cost me thousands of dollars.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! They knowingly sell off hazardous vehicles to people. Very rude owner, unwilling to correct his mistakes.

I heard rumors from associates of mine that in order to cut corners, the owners will hire cheap labor from local Amish to do repairs and cover ups. These people are breaking Amish in an exploitative way. Steer clear.

Sells vehicles that only work on initial test drive, after that they break and refuse to fix the issue

Just bought a used 2003 Tacoma from this place. The sales guy was a little stand offish at first like we were interrupting his breakfast. Didn't even bring the keys out. The skid plate for the gas tank was all rusted and crumbling and he said they all do that, the straps were still there so the tank wouldn't fall out. He didn't really want to negotiate, it was like pulling teeth and he only came down $500. Then when we wrote up the deal he got a little more friendly but charged me a $250 documentation (bull$hit) fee and then charged me for the title fee, license and registration fees. I wasn't even halfway home and the check engine light came on. I know I bought it 'as-is' but that's just a little shady. I'm not saying this is what happened, but it's an old used car trick to pull the battery cables to reset the codes and then they will re-appear at a later time (after it's sold, of course). I called him on the way home to let him know about the check engine light and he said he drove it home from the auction with no check engine light. He said it was probably an O2 sensor so I stopped at AutoZone on the way home to read the codes and guess what it was... an O2 sensor. Quite coincidental that he already knew what the problem was. Of course he didn't offer to fix it either. Buyer beware. Ask for a week long warranty or return policy if it's a lemon. A reputable dealer should stand behind their products at least for a couple of hours or a week so you can really see what you bought. I'll never go back and will talk smack about them for eternity.

Our family bought a 2010 GMC Terrain here just a couple of months ago. They would not budge a penny on the price and convenienced us what a great car we were getting. All was good at first, but then last week, less than 1000 miles into our purchase, the car quit driving. Took it to three mechanics and the GMC dealership and all confirmed it needed a new transmission. So, long story short, just put another $4500 into this car. Sure, this can happen anywhere, but from reading many of the other reviews, this type of thing seems like a common occurrence with this place. Buyer beware!
