The owners son called every shop in town for the same set of wheels for weeks, then called us and we gave them a price, we have set pricing for 4 at a time customers. He didn’t like the price so he tried to say he talked to someone else and got a different price in car dealer fashion to try and pull a quick one. Then his son and dad called and threatened us started screaming in Arabic and caused a whole big scene. Don’t ever buy a car from these crooks.

I was sold a 2008 WRX, bought the car in a hurry with no diag tool or mechanic visit so that's on me for sure. However, get the car checked before you buy it. Can't stress that enough. The same night I took it home, there was a check engine light on, and a couple months later I'm around 3,000 (and climbing) in the hole after multiple oil leaks, ECM issues, burnt coil packs, bad spark plugs, burnt solenoids, MULTIPLE misfires, state inspection parts and items literally rusted through and dangerous to drive with and the list goes on. I still have probably another 2,000 worth of JUST rust repair to deal with.
Watch out with these people.

My wife and I went to Liberty Auto Connections on February 24,2024. We found a 2011 Dodge Durango. The total for the car came to $9206.75. We put $5500 down and had agreed with Billy (the owner) and Brandon ( sales guy) that we would pay the remaining balance of $3706.75 when my husband received his navy sign on bonus. The bonus was expected and understood to be received on our next paycheck after his first drill weekend March 1, 2, 3rd in Akron. There was a misunderstanding with navy reserve sign on bonus and signing up with the navy active and the bonus was put on hold until the active paperwork was finalized. We went back up to Liberty Auto connection and explained the situation to Billy. We asked if we could be put on a payment plan since we were in a holding pattern with the sign on bonus. They would not agree to payment plan and said they needed another 1600 down for taxes and then would do a payment plan. This was problematic because we had already put down $5500 and didn't have another $1600 to put down. By this time it had only been 3 weeks and we only drove the car a little over 300 miles in total. We had noticed it was leaking a pinkish fluid in our driveway. We took it back there on Saturday March 16 2024. They checked the car over and said it was power steering and the condenser was bad. We said we think it is the transmission and they said no it was definitely the power steering. Theysaid it was safe to drive for the weekend. About an hour later while driving we got about 7 miles and the car started making a weird noise. We pulled over and the condenser was dragging on the ground and the car was leaking. We pinned it back up and drove another 2 miles or so and totally lost power steering and the part that was dragging and the car was squealing. At that point we could not drive it anymore as it was not safe. We left it at dollar general and took the keys to them on Monday March 18 2024 and we asked for our money back and they completely refused. DO NOT BUY from Liberty Auto Connection! I did not want to give a star it made me.

Purchased an 04 Honda CRV with no known issues that began having major engine malfunction two days after purchase, attempted to call and resolve, was blown off, when I visited was turned away. Just another dirtbag dealership taking advantage of people.

I highly recommend these guys!!! Brandon and Billy were very easy to work with and very helpful finding me a car that I love!!♥️ They were very easy going unlike other dealerships I had been to. They really were not pushy and had great attitudes!! Go check them out if you’re looking…they have plenty of nice reasonable cars to choose from!!!??

WARNING. Be Very Cautious. Besides being difficult to deal with and at times, mean, there are hidden charges and inflated fees. They may discount the price, but they'll get it back. You just may not know it.

Got the 2012 Chrysler convertible tour200asking $11,300 tax $12,414 guy wouldn't knock off the 414 first he said yes then no no I can't as his boss sits behind me 40ft away. My lady said I heard. Nice car Dr. good. Had nerve to ask wife if she repl. other places in mind.
