Heather and Matthew (can’t remember what his name is for sure?) at the Boardman Oh office were great! Heather immediately picked out glasses that worked with my face. After looking at several other pairs, her initial suggestion was the best! Dr. Burcham is personable, very good, and efficient.

I picked out a pair of frames and placed my order for glasses but as the day went on I wasn’t sure I was happy with them. I went back later in the day and they helped me find frames that I was much happier with. Heather made the process of changing my order super simple and helped me find the perfect frames.
