The older lady maybe late 50s, with white or blonde hair working at the Sephora in Kohl's was pretty rude to me I think. It was an unpleasant experience. I'm kind of new to Sephora and they were seemingly annoyed that I didn't know how things worked.
The Sephora was organize and clean. Easy to find things. Although the store was nice, I feel kind of intimidated to go back inside of a Sephora again.

i’m giving three stars just because in general I do like Kohls and I always have but I went into Sephora because my daughter likes summer Fridays and I didn’t see any in the front The display has nothing. so I went and I asked one of the girls working there if they were sold out, and she just barely acknowledged me and said very shortly they’re By the register and then went and continued doing what she was doing. extremely unfriendly like I was a bother to her. mind you I was the only customer in Sephora
I went over to look at the lipgloss, but I didn’t feel like going back over there and asking her to ring me up because of how rude she was so I just left.

Just isn't the store it used to be, clothing selection, quality of materials, layout of store. Disappointing.

Prices are too expensive, quality of merchandise is poor, dislike the new checkouts and unable to use my 30% off on some merchandise.

I had a amazon return and they gave me a 20% coupon! Three separate times I took different items to the counter for check out and each time they wouldn't honor the coupon because each item I selected were "PREMIUM" items!! Kohls are you kidding me!! I think that's ridiculous! I ended up tearing off my proof of return from the Amazon receipt and gave it to two older ladies that were shopping. I hope they had luck better than I did...

The individual store was clean and tidy, but the brand as a whole is just so expensive.

Did some last minute shopping. Selections were still good, but isles were very tight.
Check-out went a lot faster than I expected with the crowds.

Not happy with change that Kohls has made. Think isles are too close. Have to jump around from one dept. to other just not happy with it. When in their talking to several other ladies they said the same thing. Kohl’s isn’t like it use to be it is worse.

Went in today for the first time and the older man working the register was so rude we left without buying a thing. As someone who works in costumer service I was appalled.
