Bought my car here a year ago. Told me they changed the oil (they didn't) and sold me the car with half worn summer tires going into winter. Don't recommend or trust them at all.

First time purchasing from Kia. Steve McKay was our salesman and absolutely wonderful to deal with. No pressure into purchasing anything. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered it! Thanks Steve!

I have called the service department repeatedly to make an appointment and left messages with no return call . I called the sales department, spoke to an actual person and was put on hold until the next person answered . She transferred back to service and it went to voicemail again ! impossible!! I'm done with this dealership ! Awful .

Went into this location for an appraisal, they offered me a $20 payout and claimed a few false things about my Kia "which resulted in offering me less". I denied the offer which resulted in my sales man pushing me, claiming "we had a deal" when I never agreed. The manager got involved and the Woman was also rude and dishonest. Worst experience ever, I will never recommend this place. Preston Kia of Burton offered me a $1,000 payout, I knew then Kia of Boardman was a huge scam.

I took my Sorento here for a recall update. Jerry in service was my point of contact, and was a pleasure to deal with. I had an issue arise after the software update, called Jerry and he promptly had me back in and taken care of a second time. My only experience here is with the service department, but if the rest of the staff is as efficient and professional, they are worth my business. If I am ever in the market for another Kia, or in need of service I will return here with confidence, and would recommend others to do the same. Great work Ken Ganley, and Jerry!

I had an appointment today to see about leasing a 2023 Kia Sportage. I was supposed to meet with a salesman by the name of Dan who didn't keep his appointment with me. Met with someone I think he said his name was Andy and did not want to deal with me. Quoted off the top of his head that my lease payment would be around $500-$600 a month which is ridiculous. That's a house payment. They asked me what I'm paying per month currently and yelled over to another sales person and asked when is the last time you heard of a $320 per month lease payment which was embarrassing. The worst experience of my life.

I went there to buy a car. I had my own lender, the gentlemen by the name Ryan said he was a veteran. And then he ignored everything I said. I brought 1 car, over priced and to many miles, didn't offer any other selections. Told me that I couldn't get any other cars and then ran my credit 11 TIMES !!!.(this I found out later) I had to report them to the consumer protection agency. Worst experience in my life.

I purchased a 20 thousand dollar car from her for it 45 days later to blow up. Needs new engine purchased a warranty company wants to give me a run around on why the warranty would cover this just yet. Have to send car to another dealership. And if denied send back to taylor kia and then they would pick up the warranty. Alll in the mean time between I'm with out a rental because they do not know who's going to pay for the damages and will not return the car as well sold me a faulty car. And don't want to make this right.. the right way.. I've had problems from day 1 brought car back on day three for them to say there nothin wrong for it 3 weeks later I need a whole new engine.. save yourself a head ache don't buy here

Yesterday I had to go in for an oil change I took my car and patiently waited in the waiting area once the oil change was done they came and got me and told me my car was ready and I was good to go. Okay that's all fine and dandy. After getting in my car and realizing my door was messed up and I even called and went back, I was told that they didn't do it and it mustve been like that before which it wasn't I would've noticed it. They didn't want to fix it right and when they did fix it it still leaks and paint is missing from the door. Now they are refusing to even speak to me about it. I won't go back to Taylor Kia if it was the last car dealership on the planet!
