Since past 20 years I am going to this store I have noticed the staff is not friendly at all. They never greet you . Very unwelcoming staff. Probably another reason they loosing business.
Customer service is very important in any business.

Lovely large clean well organized and well stocked. Visited while we were in town for a wedding. Miles better than my local JoAnn in NC which is always a mess and half the shelves are empty. Knowledgeable people too.

I was super impressed by the manager. I attempted to use a coupon at checkout and the girl on the cash register said I couldn't. I submitted feedback on my receipt, and the store manager contacted me, provided me the discount, and gave me a gift card along with an apology. This store is always well stocked and has a great selection of craft items.
