Went to get a men's dress shirt, and JCPenney has gotten really expensive. No wonder they've been closing stores. The man in the men's department needs to get a personality. I wanted to try a shirt on, and I grabbed my size, and he was very abrupt and grabbed it and was pulling the pins out of it, like I didn't know how to lol it was too big and I picked the next collar size down and that one was still plastic and he grabs that one from me and pulls one out that was not wrapped and says use this one instead. It fit, but it was dirty, and I took the one in the wrapper instead. He seemed perturbed that I didn't take the opened one.

No wonder brick and mortar stores are closing. Went to buy a suit at my local JC Penney and use a promo code. Cashier said they couldn’t honor it, but they would order online for me to come back to pick up. I advised her I could do that myself and ordered online shipped to home.

Great store located in Boardman, Ohio. Hope they don't close like is happening to many other Penney stores. Love their clothes!
